Top-heavy with way too many VPs, SVPs, and Directors... what do they all do???? Leadership is uninspiring. They know how to log Jiras and share articles about new cloud technology. Leadership doesn't understand what being a leader entails Those doing the work are continuously laid off for no reason other than leadership is ineffective Numerous layoffs Engineering culture amounts to a bunch of monthly hackathons because no one here understands or cares about maintainable software.
