1. Power is concentrated in one person's hand. The company is clueless about how to empower teams and has unnecessarily created a toxic culture in India. Have talented people but don't know how to empower and appreciate their contribution. 2. Unnecessary pressure which hampers productivity 3. Job security is zero, any day anyone can be let go for a variety of reasons
