- Trust. Uncommon levels of trust between employees, management and clients. Leads to long term business health, repeat customers, and development of strong relationships with some pretty big names. - Respect. Minpunten
Flat management structure. Could be a pro, but you'll likely have the same role title and letters after your name working here for 20 years than you do after 20 days. Pay is on the lower side of the bell curve but well within a reasonable window. Health Insurance and ESOP are excellent but other benefits are pretty lackluster.
