CAGE is a place where you feel happy and proud to work. The work is meaningful and exciting, but what makes it special is the people. The environment is fun and welcoming, questions are encouraged, and continuous improvement is part of the culture. If there is a field or area you have not explored yet, you are supported and encouraged to do so. Most importantly, you get to work alongside genuinely good people who care about you as a person, and that is something I have been lucky to experience firsthand.

* Good people to work with. * Decent variety of projects. * Flexible schedule and hybrid work. * Good equipment and software. * Learned a lot while I was there.

* Lots of turnover. * Poor communication from management. * Not much direction for the survey department. * Career growth felt like empty promises. * Decisions were often made without considering employee concerns. * Hard to see a long-term future there.
