Pluspunten
CALIBRE has been a great place to work. They are very flexible with working environments and schedules, no micromanaging, and has a CEO that will say hello to everyone. They are proactive about improving company culture and are transparent on the company health. Most contract supporting positions are on par with market compensation rates. They are also as proactive as possible with retaining the staff on contracts but like any contractor, they are at the mercy of the labor category requirements of new contracts. Some employees have been with the company 20+ years supporting various contracts. Their recruiting team was a pleasure to work with and seem to have a very smooth onboarding process. Solid benefits: unlimited PTO, ESOP and 401k match, benefits through Cigna, certification incentives, additional education support.
Minpunten
They are slow when it comes to change which goes hand in hand with the industry. There's a bit of the "we have always done it this way" and not much in the way of thinking outside the box. I would say this is just a general area for improvement. Our CEO has big plans to expand in the next 5 years but I think it will take some additional evolution with better strategy around growth focused internal investments.
