Total Chaos, No Leadership, No Raises, No bonuses, No hope of advancement, Stressful working environment, People drinking way too much constantly at work... (you can understand why when you work for this company) They are literally being sued by the Brewery Founder they bought Deep Ellum Brewing from just a few years ago, and a Brewery in California (Three Weavers) is buying itself back from them... What more proof could you need that they don't know what they are doing? I actually received a pay decrease from them after working here for almost two years because they cut 401K matching. Super Cool of them.
