Management was shaky at the time but may be better now.

-steady 40 hours -OT available -shift diff for approved afterhours/weekend work -competitive benefits -Fairly pleasant work environment -fast pace

-department restructure every 12 months pretty much (unintentional but its an awful pattern) -Have to use 3 days of PTO before being able to utilize sick leave -Management can be a bit micro-managey -Long days -Any unscheduled time off is essentially an "occurrence"
