Still in deep turmoil amongst senior management teams/heads, where there is little trust between departments. Lot of people pointing fingers constantly. Employees are pinned against one another. Toxicity filters down to managed employees, where there is too much competition and politics at that level. Highly political, so you have to watch your back. People eaves dropping around others. There’s too much fear either lingering from the past or provoked. If the CEO can’t walk around the building with people bending over in fear, there’s a problem. If you apply for a job here believing in the ACS/CAS mission, think again.
