Trabajé en CBRE Argentina y aunque valoro la experiencia técnica y el aprendizaje adquirido, atravesé una situación de liderazgo muy difícil. Mi superior directo ejercía un trato carente de empatía y respeto, generando un ambiente hostil, con humillaciones públicas y acusaciones injustas. Llegué a sentir angustia diaria por tener que enfrentar ese entorno. Pese a mi esfuerzo, compromiso y voluntad de mejorar, el destrato fue constante y no encontré apoyo interno para revertirlo.

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
