Nice Offices, some of the best people in the industry, solid company

Minpunten

Silos are hard to break out, pay is not exciting and small increases if any, political. There are so many VPs and Directors and if you want to advance it will be ignored, wit empty promises.

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
