You'll help the company to profit and they'll boast about "big wins", while they keep your salary frozen for a few years. You'll learn the art of brown-nosing in order to get ahead, regardless of your intellect. Great team culture, if you like to take one for the team.

Minpunten

Promotion is based on "who you know" rather than "what you know". They keep your salary frozen for extended periods (2-3 years). Lack of accountability: You are expected to do things that other people are supposed to own, and then aren't even recognized for it. Poor recognition: Do your job very well and you hear nothing. Make one mistake, and they hang it over your head like a dark cloud.

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Minpunten

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
