Pluspunten

Really like the culture and experience of working at a community bank. As one of the last remaining true community banks in Utah, it is very rewarding to provide personal service to people which is often lacked at larger institutions. Snacks, wellness incentives, gas assistance, and many other benefits make it fun and a great place to work.

Minpunten

Since it is a smaller institution, there are some efficiencies and technologies that aren't available compared to larger institutions.

-Management did seem kinda messy. -Lower pay in comparison to other banks. -High Turnover
