      Good PTO time. Easy claim reviews. Remote 4 days a week.

      Minpunten

      Hybrid. Low salary compared to other companies. Overworked. Too many claims per adjuster with the amount of work required on each claim.

      Pluspunten

      vacation time is decent enough, although you'll feel like you have to work while you're out, and many do. There are a lot of genuinely good, hard working people at the individual contributor level

      Minpunten

      Not managed well. That's putting it about as kindly as I can. If you like management techniques from 1986, this is the org for you. Inter-department politics are horrible. It's really changed for the worse in the last 5 years or so. It's really miserable now.
