- Only thing to attract employees & clients is so called 15 years old company but in practical seems like grocery shop. - Salary got credited on time.

- Pathetic work culture - Unskilled and arrogant people in management and senior positions. - Works on the outdated tools and technology and force you to degrade yourself. though in interview they will show you bright things but in real its nothing. - Company is not having ethics or values, they are just running it as per their rules. - Employee harassment is actually roles of TLs and Mgmt. They will make sure that you will come ofc on time but leave as late as they want. - Employees are not allowed to get gel-up with each other if they found you getting friendly with your colleagues they will start troubling you in other ways. - Mgmt is same from last decade thus not updated with the worldwide trends, technology & tools which makes them outdated from market. - So called HR is for recruitment only, rest all decisions are taken by mgmt. - Though they will not offer you good salary/appraisal as per the industry standards but if in case they gave then they will make you work like RAJNIKANT, their expectation from you will be too much. (from ofc boy to ceo lolll) - Mgmt doesn't respect employees, they can scold/insult/disrespect you anywhere anytime. - No job security, they fired employees after 5 years to 5 days due to which attrition rate is very high.
