It will take a lot of patience and evidence before employees start to regain faith in the work again. No one feels empowered to challenge decisions or the new corporate culture. The people running the show have just about run this place to the ground, and if your line manager has little influence in the organization, your team and mental health will bear the brunt unfortunately. I think many feel stuck and are just waiting for change to come.
