      Ambiente piacevole, colleghi molto competenti, ottime possibilità di crescere ed imparare

      Minpunten

      Se è facile imparare nuove competenze tecniche, è invece difficile farsi strada a livello di responsabilità. La crescita di ruolo (e salariale) è piuttosto lenta e non strutturata.

      Friendly environment; diversity of projects; majority of projects are very interesting., good until 30/35, the experience you develop can be easily repelled in other company, specially abroad.

      Minpunten

      Excessive fragmentation in the activities; not possibile to grow and mature wit ha clear professional role ; career path simply does not exists; sometimes projects are really "small".
