They do try to bring the company together for Pirates games, picnics, etc

Minpunten

Blatant sexism. Ever wonder why 75% of the company is male? Women are underpaid and not treated with respect. I've seen it firsthand when male developers were interviewing a female developer. Also terrible benefits. Health insurance for a family is extremely expensive and the 401(k) "match" is a joke. 1/4 of 1%

We do not condone sexism of any kind and have never accepted this behavior as part of our corporate culture. We believe in treating all of our employees equally. We are proud to have female employees in all parts of the company, including in executive leadership.

Recruiting Director is so domineering that you don't have to wonder what is expected of you.

Have become AI obsessed. KPI's continue to increase as they believe AI is a magic pill. Trying so hard to be like other major recruiting agencies that they've forgot what had made them different.
