Pluspunten

Many intelligent and interesting people. The salaries are quite high in comparison with Europe but quite low in comparison with Switzerland. You can work as much as you wish.

Minpunten

Bureaucracy and laziness. People are coming to work at 9.30 and leaving at 16.30 while going for 2-3 coffee breaks during the day. It does not really offer career opportunities to its employees.

Pluspunten

The employment process is very smooth and supportive. The technical team interviewed me for technical skills, and the HR is very supportive and helpful. Especially I haven't been employed by CERN previously, so I have a lot of questions. The employment team is very helpful and answered all my questions patiently. Also I like the job and my work very much.

Minpunten

Maybe the primary communication method could be email instead of phone calls? I sometimes miss phone calls, but will check every email.
