The contract for a FMCG was filled with inconsistencies and problems. Staff culture was rude and spitful, Fostering a positive work culture as they claim could not be furthur from the truth. Majorinty or people leave and they are happy to replace them with agency staff who are cheaper and can stop there employment depending on how they feel on the day. Experienced staff are pushed to leave and the office staff form a click of 1 rule for them and aqnother for everyone else from a safety stance. Has to be the worst working experience i have been in, where staff crying because they have been badly spoken to is a normal and encouraged, rather than promoting a positive work in enviroment for the staff and cusgtomer, which Ceva as a brand encourage. There are more disciplinary meetings then work related meetings ....SUPER TOXIC, SUGGEST ANYONE TO AVOID ACCEPTING A ROLE AT THE HEATHROW - SKYLINE BRANCH
