Downside is if you are not a friend or relative to management ...you are treated like garbage. Relatives talk and personal information is a part of daily gossip. Managers gossip with employees. Morale is extremely low and no one cares. We have way too many unnecessary "leadership" roles and no one takes a positive lead for our station. ALL the leadership positions have quit. We have new people who have no clue how the business is tan. People with zero experience is hired at a level 2 or 3 but people with years of experience are fighting for a higher level. Its who you know...not what you know. Managers abusing time but will get upset if you need time off. People take longer than their alotted breaks. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Managers is more as do as I say not as I do. Their are married couple in management positions who stroll in whenever they feel. Sisters in management positions who gossip to anyone who listens. It's sad that people who NEED the job has to tough it out until they can so better. Management sticks with management. No support from higher ups either. What a waste.
