As the most admired Czech employer, CEZ HR department succesfully continues to create this impression, in fact there is no real career trajectory at CEZ, promotion and rewarding is unclear, leaving upper management positions to McKinsey "mafia" friends, with no chance for hard working experts to penetrate those tight structures of nepotism. Corporate culture is struggling with its socialistic herritage, a lot of "talk" and no "walk". As in many state owned companies, responsiblility diffuses, and sometimes is seems there is no man in charge.
