- Micromanagement about timings, availability on your laptop(specially if someone starts hating you for any reason) - No HR processes. You raise a concern to HR no acknowledgement on your email. They will straight discuss with the manager and decide what to do, no discussion with you. - No processes/practices set in any team. If they themselves are going thru transition and setting up the processes then why employees are not given fair chance!!! - Be ready for negative comments in the Teams calls to put your morale down. - Roles are not properly defined and that becomes your mistake rather HR or team lead/manager. - Be ready to be surprised during your year end discussion hearing what was actually expected but was never expected but you are supposed to follow and deliver. And you might be told that we hired you at wrong position with wrong salary. - They are going to implement time sheets, I mean seriously, which era they are from and getting into???? - forget work life balance. Be at the front battling always. If you try to balance that you will be put down.
