You can request company funding for a professional qualifications which is good and get a bonus for passing exams too! +Lots of investment in IT/Technology. This area of the business has doubled in size since I joined and still growing. +Summer party/trip to Spain last year and this year for all staff is a nice perk. +Sunday Times top 100 employer.
