We know that feedback like this is important. While we’re proud of the progress we’ve made, we also recognise there’s more to do. Over the past year, we’ve taken steps to improve, and we’d like to share a few areas where we’ve made meaningful changes:
- Investing in leadership development and performance management, including clearer structures and criteria around promotions and pay, because we genuinely want to give everyone a stake in our success.
- Building on strong engagement scores for work–life balance by expanding wellbeing initiatives, encouraging flexible working, and training managers to better support balance and recognition.
- Adding new benefits like paid volunteer days, health checks, celebration days, and wellbeing events.
- Providing more training, coaching, and clearer expectations for people leaders, alongside a strengthened onboarding experience with growth plans in place by day 90.
