Company is trying to grow which provides more visibility within teams. If you want to be a part of a company that is in its growing stages this would be a good fit. All ex big 4 employees who left for a better work life balance with less complex engagements.

- Lack of well established internal controls and outside resources
- Bare minimum company benefits
- Pay is below market level
Coming from a big 4, I was not expecting the lack of resources provided. It is hard to do the job without the proper level of resources. Not a well established firm yet. Felt like the company was trying to present themselves at the big 4 caliber, when it is no where even close to the top 10 accounting firms. Felt like a huge step down in my career.
