Minpunten
There’s honestly so many cons about cfp board it’s hard to find a place to start. The executive and management level employees are pain to deal with with. They make random priorities and goals and then change their mind again and again and again which makes getting anything done incredibly hard. The ceo will publicly shame employees during the monthly wide lunch and clearly does not care about his employees at all. They saw in the interview that there’s amazing upward mobility, but the truth is there is none and honestly, after working there for a few months you won’t even want to stay. They take such incredible advantage of young people that they hire. They will overwork and devalue them and most importantly, the pay is joke. Pay in the nonprofit world is low, but cfp board pays well below the average. Well, unless you’re in the executive or management team then you’ll make a ridiculous amount. Basically, If you’re under 30, look elsewhere, it’s not worth it. This place will hold you back. There’s also no maternity leave.
