Employees are underpaid to the point where most have a second gig and the benefits are a joke. Everyone is over-worked except for maybe the higher-ups who make millions. A horrible work environment where there is so much drama and everyone talks about each other (TOXIC)! No diversity whatsoever and the few minorities are treated as second-class citizens ( these are mostly the support specialists on the 7th floor and most treat them as idiots because they're mostly young recent college graduates)
