I do not think that there are any.Advise to Management will be stop playing the game of mis utilization of talent.It will be good to see when only Lickers will be left in this company and there would be no one to work.

When we talk about PROS.. An Employee looks for the following in a new company: Competitive Remuneration: This Company will give you a decent remuneration for your skill set but this remuneration can be short-lived as they are the one’s who thrive on Hire and Fire policies.They may claim to be growing but the fact is they hire people when there is a slight possibility of attaining a project and if the project is not cracked then you are at an early Risk of being fired else the same can happen on delivery of the project.This is the lone company that has fired many people working on projects independently without giving a thought to the business impact. Appreciative Management:Here you will not be appreciated for your efforts that you put in on a project.What could be your appreciation is how good you are at impressing your reporting managers.The reporting managers are so called “Technical Managers” or rightly put as “Know It All Managers” they are the ones that are someone who knows everything even though they do not have a clue about how a task could be done but will force their opinion on you as they are higher up the ladder and they impose it on you.So everyday you will feel insulted and humiliated for reasons best known to your superiors(coz you don’t have a Clue if while giving your opinion on a problem you might hurt their “Know It All” attitude..) ON SITE Candy: They keep luring you that they will send you OnSite.The fact is that Lickers are the one’s that are sent to their US Office where they are preached to expose there peers to grow individually. Good Management: They call their Management Team as the “LeaderShip Team”.This is filled with people that are high on EGO.Will try to poke their nose at even the smallest of issues and the escalation could result in one being fired as they may give a funny excuse for the ouster of the person.The harsh truth. Vision: No Vision at all.This is evident as they had their office in Noida 127 two year’s back,then shifted to Greater Noida a year ago and now are in Noida Sec 3..Which tells you about their clear vision :) for future.

We acquire talent with the intent to nurture and grow each individual, thus making both the company as well as the employees successful. We promote a collaborative and conducive environment, which allows employees to learn new skills, and be flexible to adapt to changes. If employees don’t sharpen their skills, stop growing with us, or damage the organization, then they are hurting themselves as well as the environment that we are trying to build. Businesses need to have the right people in the right roles to ensure success. 2. Appreciative Management- Talking about appreciation, each person grows at a different pace. We encourage & appraise our employees not on the number of years of experience but knowledge and skills/ value they are adding to our team. As we have hired the best of talents, we always put our engineers in different technologies and encourage flexibility so that everyone gets the opportunity to serve our customers. 3. Good Management- The Leadership team has been formed with a goal to collectively, create a positive work environment as well as address problems/ challenges faced in our office. The power does not rest with one person, which helps us to grow and make objective decisions as a group. 4. Vision- This indicates growth! We have outgrown in numbers which made us move our office spaces and this obviously is a good sign.
