Without internal processes, solid management or work culture, we wouldn’t be able to attract good people (i.e. our talent) that has led to our growth. This past year, we added “Talent Development” as a department to formalize learning and leadership training for our employees. Cyber Group is a growing company that is scaling to meet the demands of a larger work force.
