Employees can set their own pace of growth and get rewarded instead of standing on the same line. The testament to our employee satisfaction can be stemmed from the many recognitions Cyber Group has received. We have been consistently been on the best places to work which surveys our employees. Such surveys require over 90% employee participation. We continue to grow year over year and are the recipient of several growth awards including INC 5000. Leaders of Cyber Group take growing people very seriously. I am proud of the leadership team we have. We have a great customer satisfaction rating which primarily stems from happy employees. When I read this review in question, I ponder if this is a case of sour grapes.
