Es una oficina de trabajo con un ambiente ameno. Con horarios flexibles, siempre que se complete la jornada laboral. Permite a los empleados realizar actividades como practicar algún deporte.

Minpunten

El esfuerzo realizado por los empleados en los distintos proyectos podría ser reconocido de diferentes maneras. El trato entre empleados de menor rango con los de mayor rango es distante y aveces ni siquiera esta presente. Quizas una mejor inclusion del grupo de trabajo haga mas ameno el dia a dia.

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
