      As a whole, the corporate culture and policies are good and innovation is encouraged and rewarded.

      Minpunten

      The local office I worked for was run by demigods who ignored corporate policies. When complaints were made to corporate, they were acknowledged but not dealt with. As a whole, I think the company is ethical but not the local office.

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
