Path of professional development can be unclear and sometimes being part of a large company can create a lot of hoops, but those are pretty much my only complaints

We understand that in larger organizations it can sometimes be hard to know your exact path of growth, and there can be processes in place which seem burdensome. CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
