      We agree! CHA is balanced and flexible and our people are friendly and helpful. Thank you for sharing that wonderful feedback, and we’re glad you see what so many do here at CHA. As I’m sure you have noticed, CHA is growing; and sometimes it feels like we are growing faster than the speed of light. And sometimes that growth can lead to being a little disorganized; but we are always working to level set through the growth.

      CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

      At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
