There are too many to list, basically everything about this company is sub par, at best. Horrible, unqualified upper management only concerned with making more money and not focused on producing a quality product. Far too many mistakes being made and ignored because of the unrealistic deadlines employees are given. Outsourcing a majority of work to other countries while frequent layoffs take place in the US. This is a medical billing company where many of the employees work remotely so one would think stress levels of the employees would be relatively low. However, employees working for CHMB/ALLSCRIPTS frequently went out on disability due to work related stress; that alone speaks volumes. Unless you don't mind being paid a low wage for being overworked and are not concerned with job security you should RUN, DON'T WALK away from this company.

There are not many good things I can say about this employer but during the time I was there other than it seemed promising at times but nothing really panned out the way one would expect.

Things changed from day to day and week to week and I never really felt like I was part of the team. I was told that I was doing well when I asked but I wasn't ever given feedback without asking for it and the responses I received were always vague at best. I was managed by a different person ever couple of months and the clients that I was responsible for changed constantly. As soon as I started to feel comfortable with the team and clients I was managing, senior staff would change it and I'd have to start all over from scratch trying to learn about client and personnel needs. Looking back, I never had a chance at succeeding in this organization and I felt that few others did either. When things went wrong, everyone cared as much about who caused the problem as they did fixing it. If a client had an issue with someone, the immediate response was to change the person handling that client and/or task. I also reported to more than 4 people in less than a year so management never knew their people well enough to know if they were good or not.
