Compensation is below industry for a Fortune 100 company Not focused on cultivating young talent for the future Too many "supervisors" and "managers" Computer systems are from the stone age, extremely inefficient IT department is a joke, can't fix anything

Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
