Good work atmosphere, Competent, caring and friendly medical staff, nurses, techs, Good physical condition and layout of hospital Descent equipment

Minpunten

hypertrophied and very cumbersome administration; Too many chiefs, sub chiefs and all kinds of administrators without patient contact. Excessive amount of committees and administrative meetings - often ineffective and very time consuming

Pluspunten

Pay is ok for the region and benefits are nice too. But with the recent restructuring, people are quite overloaded and don't know where to go, what to do. It will take some time for everything to settle down. If you are in a good team, it's cool.

Minpunten

Complete lack of long term vision. HR department is not great.
