Run far far away from this bank. With the current management, things are constantly restructuring. Teams are a mess. Putting people to manage teams without proper skillsets and qualifications. It's becoming a joke. Head of departments are dismissed without proper notice, excuse with redundancies. Valuable instiutional knowledge are thrown away simply. Governance is so bad at this stage. Trying to do things without proper checks and balances throughout. Just wanting to do all kinds of business without understanding the people and capabilities. Benefits are minimal. Insurance covers yourself and no dependents. Flexi is 1.2 - 1.5k SGD dependent on rank. 21 days of leave, +5 days if you serve >5 years. 3-months notice period regardless of rank.
