Poor Management: Management doesn’t understand employee roles and fails to provide guidance or support. You constantly have to prove your value because leadership has no clear grasp of what employees contribute. Lack of Processes & Structure: There are no proper systems, processes, or frameworks in place, making work chaotic and inefficient. Employees are often left to figure things out on their own without proper support or training. No Real Culture or Teamwork: Instead of fostering collaboration, the environment feels competitive in the worst way, with employees policing each other’s time and privileges rather than working as a team.
