Apart from my colleagues, there is little I miss about my tenure at this company. Each day felt like a frantic scramble, with frontline employees bearing the brunt of managerial lack of oversights, yet without commensurate accountability. This dynamic places undue burden on diligent workers, while others merely fulfill their obligations to collect a paycheck, devoid of substantial contribution.

The employees are the true strength of this company. Their unwavering commitment, dedication, and resilience stand out, even in challenging circumstances where their loyalty often goes above and beyond what is deserved.

Minpunten

There is a significant lack of direction and transparency from the C-Suite leadership. Employees' opinions and feedback are often dismissed, creating a culture where valuable input goes unheard. Financial decisions made by leadership have been concerning, as evidenced by missed and delayed paydays for employees, as well as delays in vendor payments. While hardworking employees have not received raises, bonuses and raises were awarded to C-Suite executives, which further impacts morale. Leadership at all levels—both C-Suite and mid-level management—needs to be re-evaluated and replaced with individuals who are willing to acknowledge the organization's challenges, listen to feedback (both positive and negative), and take meaningful steps to address them. These concerns are well-documented and can be verified through the company's SEC filings.
