      There is some really genuine, fantastic people at this company. They show up every day and really care about you. A lot of opportunities to do things better.

      Strong reluctance to change. A lot of unnecessary politics and at times just poor decision making and direction.

      The pay and health insurance benefits are pretty great.

      12 hour shifts on a swing schedule. Company likes to blame hourly workers for every issue when company doesn't want to put money into their facility. Most managers aren't competent, the more idiotic a person, the more likely they are to become a manager. Good managers exist but tend to move up quickly (they deserve to) and they're replaced by the idiotic "yes" men. Overtime is abundant so expect not to get your days off.
