*Great way to sharpen your sales skills *coworkers turn to friends *Meet great customers and connections *commission is decent when you sell mattresses *dress professional *they recognize you when sales are high

Minpunten

*Micro manage even the top producers. *Less motivation in the culture. Management doesn’t motivate when sales personal are burned out. (Took away essential bonus and pay structure that helped stay afloat the average sales person.) *only give unhealthy food for the staff…(A company of this size should feed there staff heathy food as part of a good culture.)

We appreciate your thorough feedback. We are working on improving the Sales component of our business and just adjusted the goals tied into the bonuses so that they are easier to hit. We are also investing in more inventory.

2020 and maybe 21,22 were good after it all went down hill (thanks to AH )

Everyone is related , friends , family etc. HR is all friends with eveyone there for you cannot be taken serious . So many talented associates leave because they are forced out due to personal preference. Turn over company wide they say is low. However the location I worked in 80 precent of people were 6 month or under ! Yikes !!! Management does not know how to keep and lead their team , instead they micro manage , make up new rules that they do not follow after a few weeks and they always seem stressed. Oh and bonus program is constantly restructured . They present it as new opportunities however it’s really for them to pay less. This company always pays very low percentage and you have to jump through hoops that are on fire to make a bonus. And I wasn’t some employee who worked 6 months and quit. I was someone making 90k yearly for several years. This is just a reality. Higher management needs traning asap. And insurance gets worse every year !
