Pluspunten

Manufacturing the hours are decent The insurance is paid for by the company, which is fabulous It is a family-like environment (on the right teams) There's a (small) chance for travel depending on your role

Minpunten

Because the company is so small, it's easy for favoritism to block progress There are often struggles to accomplish goals/ideas/changes here because of interfacing with Germany (which you can't do anything about)

Hmmmm…sure isn’t the fact the HR department will be there for you .

Awful HR department. Filed a hostile work environment found myself being reprimanded like a child . She will cover for the managers without being at the location and act as if she knows things . She is a bully and does not deserve to be working for this company.
