      Pluspunten

      Typical corporate headquarters. Able to get involved in many different projects, but that at times was also a con. Exposure to new things was wonderful. Diversity of operating companies led to many projects for similar things still having very different approaches as the needs were different.

      Minpunten

      Management did very little to help guide a "career path" of any type. Feedback was very vague and a lot of focus on the negatives as I spoke with colleagues. Many wonderful co-workers came and went as the environment was very challenging to make a difference in. Seemed that the management team that was in place when the company moved from IL did well and it was hard to "join the club".

      For the most part people are great. I'd say most of the managers know what they are doing, which is a miracle for a company these days. They will allow you to flex time or let you work from home occasionally Casual dress code

      Minpunten

      -No advancement for women. -Technologically they are 20 years behind. The ERP system is terrible and you will have to do a lot of work manual. very little automation. -Employees are very underutilized. They have smart people with advanced degrees doing clerical work that someone right out of college could do. -Total lack of project management knowledge, very poor execution. -Lack of communication, although that is getting slightly better -They say they are Lean, but they do not know what Lean is. -There are maybe two engineers in the whole company who know how to design, and will help you. The rest could care less. -Lots and lots of fingerpointing and refusing to take responsibility -People who should have been fired years ago are still there, while they laid off decent people. -Lots of unpaid overtime.
