The team is amazing - very smart, passionate, efficient and collaborative. There are often opportunities to travel and I've experienced a lot of growth in my responsibilities over my tenure.

The work can be overwhelming and a lot. Managing a global team and working across timezones can often interfere with a "normal" (9-5) schedule, but there is flexibility to recuperate those hours by taking an afternoon off, for example. Burnt out employees often do not have options for more extended time off without repercussions.

Collaborate with a dynamic, passionate, and knowledgeable team. Most are truly committed to their work, both juniors and seniors.

Promotions in the mid-level are hard to come by. Expect to stay with the same title for a long time.
