Pluspunten

Interesting technology & good projects. Exciting to see what you do make a difference in the global economy. Compensation and benefits are good relative to most companies, although not always competitive with trading firms.

Minpunten

Seems like it has really gone downhill recently. Basically no respect for technology staff in the company and near constant reorganizations. Management has some long term plans but it isn't clear on how they will affect individuals especially in technology.

- Friendly working environment. - Slow-paced and relaxed. - Opportunity to work on high-impact financial software. Quite useful if you want to get into a trading firm later on.

Minpunten

- Limited skill growth capability (tools are severely locked down, etc) - Work life balance can be shaky sometimes since systems fail after 5pm, weekend, etc. - Documentation is terribly organized. - Not enough focus on engineering culture. Overall probably not the best place to stick around if you like exploring new skills, building from the ground up, taking ownership etc.
