EVERYTHING! This company is all talk and appearance. They will tell everyone whatever they want to hear but wont do anything to actually help anyone or just fire the "problem child". They have monthly company meetings and at each meeting it was the same concerns that were never addressed. People are overworked, everyone has more on their plate than one person should have. The Principals will just say that they understand people are overwhelmed but nothing ever gets done. The word team will be thrown out at you nonstop, it is everything but that. HR is a joke. The people in HR are just minions doing the owners dirty work. The turnover of people quitting or getting fired without reason was unreal. In a short period of time I saw about 10-12 people leave but majority were fired. Please be careful if you do end up giving this agency a chance. Do not trust the owners. They will smile, be friendly, and turnaround gossip and fire you all in the same breath. Be ready to be micromanaged beyond belief. I understand that most companies do have some form of activity tracking but at CMR it is taken to a new level. Every click you make or dont make will be monitored. Get ready to feel like you are being watched by big brother! The owners will say that they are the furthest thing from micromanaging but they want you to document every single task, every move. So you will have to micromanage yourself on top of being micromanaged and monitored by them. My mental health was impacted so much by CMR. The stress was unbearable and it most definitely affected my health. I could not get out of there fast enough.
