Great work culture with bright and passionate people alongside you. Really niche and interesting space to learn about. Good benefits but light on compensation.

Incredibly heavy in upper management and too much beurocracy for a mid size company. Doesn't take a lot of risk and in a volatile market like non-tradeds I worry they will be forced to exit due to bigger institutional players.

Some of the people begin to feel like family.

Stagnant Position not much growth for a raise.
