We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, and fully appreciate the importance of ensuring people’s job titles accurately reflect their contribution, so they feel recognised both within and outside the company. We therefore regularly compare our job architecture to that of other companies to ensure our job titles, expectations and compensation are equitable and comparable. Having done this comparison a few times, we realised that, on average, our people access higher job levels after fewer years of experience than in other companies. This, in our opinion, is a reflection of the skills and qualities of our team members, and of the fact that we are the leading company in a new space: our people are charting new territories every day and therefore climbing higher learning curves. We encourage open dialogue of our team members with their managers on career expectations and charting their own course.
