Additionally, limited access to cutting-edge infrastructure and resources makes it difficult to compete with the world's top laboratories, despite producing high-impact publications. These constraints can limit the ability to attract international collaborators and talent, placing dedicated researchers in a position where they must consistently overcome systemic hurdles to achieve excellence.
